Noon Roberts are delighted to confirm the sale of a substantial Office Investment in Newton Abbot on behalf of a local commercial Investment Company. The premises are located in Brunel Road and comprises one building of 15,000 sq.ft let to Devon County Council and a second building of 5,000 sq.ft let to NHS with a combined rent roll of £265,000 pax.
