Acting on behalf of 2 retained clients, Noon Roberts negotiated the purchase of 1 Brunel Road which was 2,657 sq.m (28,536 sq.ft) and 1 Minerva Way which was 3,137 sq.m (33,762 sq.ft) on sites of 0.46 ha (1.14 acres) and 0.65 ha (1.61 acres) respectively.  The premises were the local headquarters buildings of DB Glass and the Epwin Group.
